For nearly thirty years, beginning in the White House, I have served my country, my state, and my community as a public servant, for leaders on both sides of the aisle. My journey is not about ego or legacy; it's a dedication to building governmental infrastructure and an economy that works for all.
In my two most recent roles I helped build and manage new government agencies, each with more than 100 employees and budgets approaching $20 million — recruiting leadership, writing SOPs, working with counsel on regulatory compliance, presenting public budgets, and partnering closely with the public safety officials, industry stakeholders, and state and municipal leaders.
Through all of it I kept a collaborative, thoughtful, and respectful working environment. My leadership style is humble, steadfast, and principled — and it's the same style I bring to the clients I advise now.

A foundational commissioner standing up the regulation of a multi-billion-dollar industry from statute: licensing, cyber-physical gaming security, State Police coordination, and community host agreements.
Commissioner and Acting Chair. Built compliance infrastructure for a new market and stepped into a politically charged, structurally turbulent moment as a stabilizing force for 100+ staff and a ~$20M budget.
